Responsibilities:

• Provide Hands-on technical support for Semiconductor’s machine installation, setup, buy-off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at customers sites both local and overseas.

• Prepare reports which inclusive of service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to machine performance

• To update the Management and other concerned personnel on the activities and progress of the job.

• Respond to customer requests as to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadline by communicating and work closely with HQ and Sales Personnel

• Conduct training on proper operation of the machine at customer’s site.

• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidates with hands-on working experience in the Semiconductor industry are also encouraged to apply.

• At least 01 year(s) of working experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both in written & communication

• Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage.

• Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required.

• Matured and can work independently.
