What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales and service teams, including managing customer inquiries, orders, and invoicing
Maintaining accurate customer records and database management
Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of installations, repairs, and maintenance services
Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, Purchase Order, contracts, and other business documents
Handling various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and reporting
Housekeeping and preparing necessary ISO documentation
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and ensuring timely and effective resolutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
