Zero setter for Inner Diameter Measuring Heads
Use for the calibration of the Inner diameter measuring head.
Zero setter can be used as a simple zero setting jig when the required measuring precision is not so high. However, using Masters (not Zero setters) of periodical precise calibration is needed.
The measured diameter of one axis direction is marked on the top of each zero setter. (The marked value is measured at the depth of 3mm or 5mm from thesurface with marking.) When using the zero setter, the measuring head must be set pointing head’s nozzles to the direction of marked line.

Zero setter for Outer Diameter Measuring Heads
Use for the calibration of the Outer diameter measuring head.
Zero setter can be used as a simple zero setting jig when the necessary measuring precision is not so high. However, using Masters (not Zero setters) of periodical precise calibration is needed.
The measured diameter of one axis direction is marked on the top of each zero setter. (The marked value is measured around the middle height of zero setter.)
When using the zero setter, the measuring head must be set pointing head’s nozzles to the direction of marked line.
